I am the Programming Director for Lawnya Vawnya, a music and arts festival in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador for the 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, and 15th editions.
Lawnya Vawnya; an exposition of independent art & culture is a non-profit music and art festival that takes place each spring in downtown St. John’s, Ktaqmkuk (Newfoundland).
I co-founded I Don’t Do Comics with Amery Sandford in 2020 and co-curated and organized issues 1-6. The first five were digital editions, and issue 6 was printed by Nothing New Projects and realeased physically in 2021.
I Don’t Do Comics: a Canadian publication open to everybody who likes comics and wants to draw them.
In 2018 and 2019 I was apart of a volunteer team who conceived of and organized a grassroots music festival and a series of one-off events in in downtown St. John’s.
Out of Earshot is a community-based festival in St. John’s NL dedicated to showcasing DIY and emerging Canadian bands and artists. As a festival we aim to create supportive spaces for the performance and appreciation of multiple art forms.
